Rise Up programme formats - Lite

Rise Up Lite is an intensive short term course that been designed to support practitioners who cannot commit to long term training. It still gives the participants the opportunity to engage with all the benefits of the Rise Up programme but in a more flexible way. Rise Up Lite will over ten sessions.

  • Contextual Safeguarding: 30th July
  • MHFA: 6th-7th Aug
  • Belonging – Let’s talk about race: 15th Aug
  • Values and Self: 20th Aug
  • Intro to Leadership – CLORE (Online Half-Day): 21st Aug
  • Challenging Behaviour: 10th Sept
  • Trauma-informed Practice: 17th Sept

Time commitment

  • 2-day Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
