We were excited to bring together members, supporters and London Youth staff for our first Young Culture Makers Exhibition. On 11th April 2018, 68 young artists had their work displayed as part of our exhibition at Wac Arts.

The idea for the exhibition came from a member of our Dare London Youth Advisory Board. While on a residential at Woodrow High House they commented that it would be nice to have some artwork on the walls to brighten up the house. Following the launch of our Young Culture Makers programme earlier this year, this was the perfect opportunity to host an art exhibition, with young people from 11 London Youth members submitting their entries. The winning pieces will be displayed at Woodrow High House.

The theme was My London, with an incredible range of artwork produced for the competition. We would like to thank everyone involved and to all of our members who encouraged the young people they work with to get creative!
