The London Youth Awards are back!
29 November 2017
We are excited to launch the London Youth Awards 2018. Nominations are now open across eight categories.
The London Youth Awards are a fantastic way to recognise the people and organisations that make a difference to the lives of young Londoners. In March this year, as part of our 130th anniversary, we held our first awards ceremony. The night was a great success, bringing together youth organisations from across London to celebrate the work of our members. Following this, the London Youth Awards 2018 are going to be even bigger and better as we celebrate the incredible work of our members.
From large youth organisations operating across London to small volunteer-run youth groups, we welcome nominations from every one of our members. Whether it’s a fantastic youth project or someone you know who deserves to be acknowledged for their work with young Londoners, we want to hear from you!
The award categories reflect the range and diversity of youth work in London. Nominations are open for the following categories:
- Arts and Culture Award
- Employability Award
- Outdoor Education Award
- Sports Development Award
- Youth Social Action Award
- Young Leader of the Year
- Youth Professional of the Year
- Community Champion Award
To find out more about each category and to find out how to nominate, download our London Youth Awards Guide.
Nominations close: 5pm 26th January 2018.
The ceremony will be held alongside our AGM on 21st March 2018 and we’ll be releasing more information about the night, including the venue and how to get your tickets, closer to the event.
