Realising Ambition Celebration

On 13 September we had the pleasure to celebrate the success of our first cohort of young people from Hackney Quest and Downside Fisher in completing the Lions Quest Skills for Adolescence programme.
During the celebration event, which took place at our office at Pitfield Street, the young people, their friends and family had the chance to speak about their experience on the course which saw them complete 102 sessions on a variety of topics around personal and social development. Many of the participants spoke about how the programme increased their confidence and their ability to communicate with their peers and their families.

This programme, which has been run in over 70 countries world-wide, has been brought to the UK by Ambition through the Big Lottery Fund’s Realising Ambition scheme and is being implemented in youth clubs for the first time ever.
