Mentoring Support Programme
The Mentoring Support Programme is an initiative funded by the Mayor of London as part of the New Deal for Young People mission. The mission was created to ensure that 100,000 disadvantaged young Londoners have access to high quality mentoring opportunities.
Mentoring Support is available to any organisation that is working on mentoring with young people in London, it sits alongside the Mentoring Quality Framework, a self-assessment tool to help organisations that provide mentoring for young people to reflect and develop their practice.

Together with Lifeline Projects we are offering the following support:
Mentoring Quality Framework induction sessions
These sessions are a good starting point for anyone using the Mentoring Quality Framework. They cover what the framework is, how it was designed, and offer tips for how to get started.
Mentoring Community Network
The network events focus on themes linked to the mentoring quality framework and reflective practice. There are opportunities to share practice, connect with other organisations, and hear from expert speakers.
Bespoke training on the framework sections, and on mentoring practice
Our current training series goes into depth on the 8 standards of the Mentoring Quality Framework. We will be releasing further training after the summer break.
Accessibility grants to support with development of practice
If your organisation has an annual turnover of less than £50,000 you may be eligible for one of our grants. We are currently accepting applications for our July 2023 cohort. Find out more here.
