Membership survey

In July 2012 we asked our members to fill out a short survey to help inform how we develop the support we offer.
We asked our members to tell us what they think about the services we offer; give us a sense of the priorities for future development; and crucially tell us about some of the challenges that are affecting them, in order to feed all this information into our new strategy.
In total 39 clubs completed the survey. Because this is fewer than 10% of the membership base, the results should be treated as no more than indicative. However, the findings should form the basis for further investigation, and some tentative conclusions.
Attached here is a document with those initial findings.
We also offered a free residential at Woodrow High House as an incentive to fill out the survey, which was won by The Baytree Centre in Brixton.
