About the role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, your role is essential in maintaining the highest of cleaning standards of Woodrow High House by ensuring daily housekeeping operations run smoothly. You are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Residential Centre building, and will lead, train and supervise your team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on and will include oversight and management of the day to day housekeeping taskscleaning of the building’s communal areas, guest bedrooms and bathrooms; as well as preparation of bedrooms for arriving residential groups. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for the ordering of laundry, equipment and cleaning materials. 

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused. We expect you to bring your knowledge and experience of housekeeping services, practices and procedures; as well as your excellent supervisoryorganisational, and customer service skills that will meet, and where possible exceed, housekeeping targets and key performance indicators.

Salary£8,590 per annumplus meals when at work

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Leave31 days per annum + 8 bank holidays (inclusive of closure days)
