About this role
As the Sports Centre Operations & Duty Manager, your role is essential in ensuring smooth running of the leisure operations and delivering a high quality and safe experience for our guests. You are responsible for the operational success of the Sports Centre, and will lead, train and supervise your team in delivering an outstanding and safe customer experience.
We expect you to come with experience of having worked in an operational capacity in the leisure industry, either as a Senior Duty Manager or Operations Manager, where you will be able to hit the ground running to provide this essential cover. You will be responsible for maintaining ongoing operations; and part of your role will be managing resourcing, training and smooth operation and maintenance of the pool plant.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused. We expect you to bring your knowledge and experience of leisure operations, practices and procedures; as well as your excellent people management, organisational, and customer service skills that will exceed service delivery expectations, and where possible, key performance indicators.

Salary: £22,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
