About the role

This is a pivotal and demanding time for young Londoners and London Youth is looking for outstanding candidates to join our senior leadership team as Director of Programmes.

In this values-led and collaborative charity, you’ll be working with a vibrant senior team, a committed and active Trustee Board, skilled and qualified leadership team (our Heads of) and outstanding Programmes teams.  With a positive and flexible attitude and strong commitment to supporting excellence across all our work, your aim will be to grow and diversity our Programmes to reach 6000 young people by 2020.

 

The Director of Programmes is a vital, senior and strategic role that will further develop our programmes strategy and contribute to the ongoing development of our long-term vision.  You will drive development to ensure we achieve real impact with young people and make the organisations taking part in our programmes stronger.

Key Information

Salary: £66,781

Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week. We welcome applications for part-time working

Leave: 31 days per annum plus bank holidays. Leave entitlement will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees
