Step by Step
- Invite the young people to use the Fimo clay to create s self-portrait.
- They should use colours to reflect their personality and characteristics e.g. talks a lot big mouth.
- Discuss with them why they choose different colours and what they represent etc.
Things to Consider
The parts that the young people choose to emphasise should be aspects of themselves that they are proud of.
Explainer
This is a good way to creatively explore identity and the things that matter to us. If we remember the things that matter to us we can reflect on their value and impact and be certain to treasure them going forwards.
