Youth Mental Health First Aid – two parts

05/10/2022, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Become a Youth Mental Health First Aider

The Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.

The course, which runs across Two days, will teach you the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues in a young person, offer first aid and guide them towards the support they need. In doing so, you can speed up a young person’s recovery and stop a mental health issue from getting worse.

Our delivery partner for this course – Feeling Social – are a Digital focused mental health charity, therefore many of the conversations and group activities will be facilitated with a focus on the relationship between digital, online and mental health. For more information please visit www.feelingsocial.org

You must attend both Part 1 and Part 2 MHFA sessions or you will not be able to complete the course and get your certificate. If you can’t attend both sessions then please do not book this month.

Click ‘Attend’ below to register for both parts.
