NEW: LGBTQ+ Professionals Group

London Youth have teamed forces with specialist LGBTQ+ youth work providers Isa Sallinen (Gendered Intelligence) and biff nesbitt (Newham Youth Empowerment Services) to create an LGBTQ+ professionals Group.
The group has been created for LGBTQ+ youth workers and /or youth workers currently delivering specialised, targeted work with young LGBTQ+ young people. The purpose of the group is to support each other, share good practice, network and aid partnership building among London’s LGBTQ organisations. Our first meeting will be held on 13th December 2022.
You do not need to be a member of London Youth to join and there’s no need to register to attend, just turn up on the day. If you cannot make it for any reason and would like to be notified about the next meeting or would like more information please contact London Youth’s Membership & Sector Development Manager, Lee Ritchie.

Important information about training:
- You can book a maximum of 2 people per organisation for an individual training.
- Online training is interactive, you must have connection to a microphone and cameras will be encouraged to be switched on to facilitate discussion and engagement during the session and/or in breakout rooms.
- Training Cancellation Policy – if you can no longer attend a training then please let us know at least working 3 days before the training so we can offer this training to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made 2 working days or less before a scheduled training course may be subject to a penalty.
- We operate a waiting list for this training. If you find that a training is full and still want to attend, please email the Membership Development Support Officer. We will contact you directly before the training if there is space.
