London Challenge Poverty Week network

London Youth have partnered with 4in10 as part of London Challenge Poverty Week and we want to invite you to this special one off network. We are also delighted to be joined by a London Assembly Cost of Living Working Group Member, Hina Bokhari (Liberal Democrat, AM)
As you are keenly aware the cost-of-living crisis is hitting many young people and those on or below the poverty line the hardest.
82% of the young people on London Youth programmes are located in the most deprived communities in the country. In this network you will have the opportunity to speak with other youth organisations who are on the frontline battling the problem and also have a safe space where you can freely talk about the discrimination those in poverty face. We have invited a couple of external speakers who want to hear from youth practitioners directly, as well as answer any questions you may have. We want to be able to connect youth practitioners with other organisations who are campaigning to eradicate poverty and we can provide helpful resources that you can use within your organisation.
This is an open invite to all youth organisations in London that want to ensure our young people are best supported in this current climate so please share this invitation with other colleagues.

Important information about training:
- You can book a maximum of 2 people per organisation for an individual training.
- Online training is interactive, you must have connection to a microphone and cameras will be encouraged to be switched on to facilitate discussion and engagement during the session and/or in breakout rooms.
- Training Cancellation Policy – if you can no longer attend a training then please let us know at least working 3 days before the training so we can offer this training to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made 2 working days or less before a scheduled training course may be subject to a penalty.
- We operate a waiting list for this training. If you find that a training is full and still want to attend, please email the Membership Development Support Officer. We will contact you directly before the training if there is space.
