Finance for non-Financial Managers

FreeFor most managers finance and financial management remains poorly understood and unpopular. A better understanding of numbers and how to interpret them is a key management tool that benefits the individual in their career and at the same time is essential for ensuring the organisation delivers its outcomes efficiently and effectively.
This workshop will help managers get to grips with key concepts and tools and help you to improve your decision making and deliverables. The workshop will look at how common sense and an understanding of information will help you to get to grips with costs, full cost recovery, practical forecasting and budget formulation. The workshop will also introduce you to areas of financial governance and financial risk.

Important information about training
You can book a maximum of 2 people per organisation on a training session. Online training is interactive, you must have connection to a microphone and cameras will be encouraged to be switched on to facilitate discussion and engagement during the session and/or in breakout rooms.
Training Cancellation and No-show Policy – if you can no longer attend a training, please let us know at least working 3 days before. Cancellations made 2 working days or less before a scheduled training course may be subject to a penalty.
