Developing supervision skills for youth work

16 April, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

This practical workshop is ideal whether you’re just starting out in supervision or want to refresh your skills. • The role and responsibilities of being a supervisor.
  • Different models of supervision.
  • Some of the barriers to supervision and how they can be overcome.
  • An exploration of the role of reflective practice within the supervision process.
