All members get access to free training, networks and events. Our events are accessible to anyone who works or volunteers with a member youth organisation through London services. Curating a culture of Belonging for young LGBT+ persons

Aims and Objectives:
- To understand sexuality and gender in an intersectional context.
- To understand issues affecting young LGBT+ persons, including safeguarding concerns.
- To be able to challenge LGBT+ oppressive attitudes, behaviours and language effectively.
Delivering Person and bio: Lukasz Konieczka is a trained social worker, psychologist and youth worker with fifteen years of experience working with young LGBT+ persons. He co-founded Mosiac LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust in 2016 and is now an executive director.

Important information about training
You can book a maximum of 2 people per organisation on a training session. Online training is interactive, you must have connection to a microphone and cameras will be encouraged to be switched on to facilitate discussion and engagement during the session and/or in breakout rooms.
Training Cancellation and No-show Policy – if you can no longer attend a training, please let us know at least working 3 days before. Cancellations made 2 working days or less before a scheduled training course may be subject to a penalty.
