Corporate Volunteering Requests

There is a growing appetite for corporate organisations to give back to their local communities through volunteering. This has been matched by an ever-increasing need from the youth sector to upskill and deliver new, creative (and cost-saving!) ways.  

To meet these needs, from both our corporate partners and our members, we have recently hired our brand-new Corporate Volunteering and Events Manager, Aaron Saxton. In his role Aaron will work between our Members and Corporate Partners to ensure impactful and sustainable volunteering is possible for all involved.  

Tell us what you need  

Moving forward, we want to create more opportunities for skills-based volunteering. If you need support, advice, or guidance with certain areas of work, then volunteers from our corporate partners with skills, experience and resources in those areas could be a real asset to you. Be it HR, finance, communications, facilities, or another area of your work you need support with, we want to know!  

Think about areas of work you do not have the time to dedicate to, or specific projects you do not have the resources or skills to be able to progress with, but would still like to deliver. Is there a part of your work that has always been a ‘it would be great if’ or ‘we really need this’?  

Fill in the below ‘Volunteer Request Form’ form and let us know what you would like support with. We will then circulate your requests with our corporate partners to find appropriate volunteers to support you. 

Example projects could include:  a comms team revamping your website or producing promotional materials for you pro bono, or a volunteer supporting you directly in person or remotely to be able to upskill you, your staff, or your members with certain processes or procedures. The sky is the limit, so please do feedback not just your ‘needs’ but also your ‘wants’.
