Radical Recruit will deliver their B Radical workshop – a high-energy, experiential learning experience that focuses on ‘Self in leadership’ and explores the following key themes: 

• Understanding and describing professional identity

• Identifying and articulating achievements

• Establishing and cultivating professional networks

• The importance of personal branding and impact story telling

Outcomes:  

Awareness of self and personal and professional identity;  

Goal setting and how Rise Up can help;  

Being able to talk about your work,  

Learning about the work others do;  

Potentially having an accountability buddy to help with progress
