Learning Curve Group are delivering Level 3 Technical Construction Skills Bootcamps as part of the governments Lifetime Skills Guarantee to help support individuals seeking to start a career within the growing construction industry.

Our 12 – week free bootcamps seek to offer individuals the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills introducing further roles within Trade and Technical positions within the construction industry with guaranteed job interviews offered by construction employers to support their journey into the employment industry. Our bootcamps can be seen as a pre apprenticeship programme and free recruitment programme for introduction to Level 3 courses within the industry.

• THE GOAL – Get people 19+ unemployed into employment
• HOW – 2 days per week for 12 weeks classroom based or virtual, across London and surrounding areas
• RESULT – Guaranteed interviews with construction employers leading to further employment and training opportunities
• SUPPORT – Learners will be able to gain a CSCS card paid for by LCG

What does the boot camp offer?

• 12 weeks of Level 3 Certifications in technical units
• Units include – Health and Safety / Analysing technical information, quantities and communication with others / Analysing the construction industry and built environment / Employability / CSCS card if required
• Guaranteed interviews for real jobs with National Construction companies
• 1-1 employability sessions from the National Careers Service (CV and interview prep for learners)
• Funded by the DFE for the unemployed, self-employed and the employed who wish to change career
