Teach the Future is a UK organisation pushing to embed Climate Education into secondary and tertiary education curricula. We are 100% led by our student volunteers. We work with national education bodies, including exam boards and government, and run creative projects on social media and at peaceful protests. To learn more about us, head to our website.

Our team is expanding, and we want your help. We’re looking for students from all parts of the education system (from Secondary school to University) to join us and push for climate education. We organise and communicate digitally, which means there is no expectation for you to attend events or travel to certain locations; it also means you can volunteer flexibly depending upon your timetable. Most of our meetings (which happen through Zoom) take place in the evening, so you can still volunteer with us during the school term. You can get involved with as much or as little as you like – all you need is an interest in the climate. You don’t even have to know much about climate education; we can teach you!

You can get involved in:

  • promoting the Climate Education Bill
  • Creating social media content or writing blogs
  • Media engagement and communicating with our supporters
  • Fundraising, training, and more!
