We believe in motivating individuals to realise their leadership potential striving for best in their future goal. This program is aimed at 16-24 year olds consisting of face-to-face training, creating projects, contributing in debates, building ideas and gaining employment. The key program elements are:

• 1-to-1 mentoring and youth support
• CV and cover letter training
• Access to exclusive opportunities and training (employment, volunteering, and internship)
• Campaign and project management development
• Specialised skills support
• Community engagement support
• Building skills to bridge the gap between young people and stakeholders
• Social action campaigning

We truly believe that with the right support anyone can make a change despite any social and economic barriers.

Previous participants of the programme have joined youth boards, accessed mentors and employment opportunities.
