Hoxton office space to let and meeting room hire

Are you looking to move to friendly offices in a convenient location?

If so we are seeking new tenants to rent a floor of our stylish Hoxton office building (just five minutes from Old Street tube station).

Our offices have a contemporary design throughout with a large reception area providing a great area for break out meetings or informal catch-ups over coffee. Also on the ground floor is the Attlee Room (which is available for hire). 

Our office space is arranged over the three upper floors and benefits from beautiful solid wood parquet flooring, uplighters, central heating, air conditioning, structured cabling and lots of natural light. 

Our open plan top floor office is available to let at a reasonable rent and we’d much rather share our lovely building with fellow not-for-profit organisations supporting young people.

If you think 821 sq ft is too much space for your office requirements, please do still get in touch.  If you’re willing to share the floor with another organisation we might know other people who are interested in this approach.  Alternatively, if you wish to hotdesk on a regular basis then we would be happy to discuss this with you.

London room hire - The Attlee Room

Our meeting space in the heart of London has lots of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. We are located just a five minute walk away from Old Street tube on the Northern line - come and say hi!

The space is very flexible and can be used for all kinds of events including presentations, meetings, trainings and interviews. The room is on the ground floor and is fully wheelchair accessible. Other facilities include:

• Flipchart stand
• 24 comfortable chairs
• Eight boardroom tables
• Projector with a remote
• Wifi connection
• Dedicated phone line
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Handsome lobby/reception area for greeting and breaks
• Friendly staff
