We expect you to come with experience of having worked in an operational capacity in the industry, where you will be able to hit the ground running to provide this essential cover. You will be working closely with the office teams across the site, swimming teachers, and lifeguards to maintain ongoing operations; and part of your role will be overseeing resourcing and training and the smooth operation and maintenance of the pool plant.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, energy and a passion for providing opportunities for young people, and you will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment towards ensuring excellence in customer service and enhancing the customer experience. This is a customer facing role, and as such you must be ready to communicate with a diverse range of clients, including members of the public, children and young people, youth group leaders and teachers.
Salary: £19,731 per annum, plus uniform, meals on duty, contribution to qualifications
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Leave: 31 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays
