Woodrow High House is an outdoor education and training centre set in the Chiltern Hills. We provide training and development opportunities for young people, local schools and clubs as well as a diverse array of community groups and organisations.

This role offers a great opportunity for outdoor instructors with at least one season’s experience to take on further responsibility and develop their skills and range of experience.

£17,355 per annum, full time (44.5hrs p/w)
free uniform and meals during working hours

Holiday Allowance: 39 days per annum.
Accommodation: Due to the nature of the job we offer accommodation on site. This accommodation is shared and charged at £194.67 per month.

Pension: London Youth complies with the employer pension duties concerning pensions autoenrolment in accordance with Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008 and you will be autoenrolled our chosen pension scheme if you are eligible under auto-enrolment.
