London Youth is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Learning & Data Officer with a background in research and evaluation and strong analytical skills, who is passionate about using data to inform decision making.

Working closely with the Head of Learning, the post-holder will play a critical role in helping London Youth to deliver on its commitment to becoming a learning organisation. This is a new post and provides a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to how we use research and data to improve our programmes and develop new areas of work.

The post would suit someone who is both technically skilled and enjoys working with others to help them understand and make sense of complex issues. In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will be joining a fun and vibrant organisation, be exposed to working with different teams across the organisation and play a key role in helping London Youth to improve how it supports young people to be the best they can be.

Remuneration:

Salary: £ 27,539 per annum

Contract:

Hours: 40 hours per week – generally Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 with one hour for lunch, but some flexibility may be required to work occasional evenings

Leave: 26 days pa plus 8 bank holidays and 5 ‘closure’ days (to be taken on dates specified by London Youth). Leave entitlement is accrued pro rata through the year and will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees.

Tenure: Two year fixed-term contract
