A key part of Talent Match London is the involvement of employers from the beginning of a young person’s journey to work. The successful candidate will work with colleagues to support young people to take up opportunities and gain insight into the world of work and offer support for employers to ensure those opportunities can be sustained. We have lots of opportunities for young people, this role is about helping young people find navigate their journey to select the right opportunity for them. Specifically, the successful candidate will:

  • Support young people to access opportunities allowing them to explore and experience work before progressing onto sustainable employment opportunities
  • Support young people stating their first job to sustain employment, providing in work support for up to six months
  • Ensure accurate data collection, and contribute to identifying and reporting trends
  • Champion youth leadership both within London Youth and the sector

£21,216 per annum


40 hours per week – generally Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 with one hour for lunch, but some flexibility may be required to work occasional evenings to meet our delivery needs. London Youth is entering into a consultation with employees to agree on a reduction by 2.5 hours per week for a full-time role.

London Youth complies with the employer pension duties concerning pensions auto-enrolment in accordance with Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008 and you will be auto-enrolled our chosen pension scheme if you are eligible under auto-enrolment.

26 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays and 5 ‘closure’ days (to be taken on dates specified by London Youth). All leave entitlement is accrued pro rata through the year and will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees 

Fixed term until 28th December 2018
