Approaching Woodrow by road

Woodrow High House is situated on the A404 two miles from Amersham, and one mile past the Crematorium on the right, Cherry Lane is the second turning on the right hand side as you approach the top of the hill (signposted to Shardeloes Equestrian Centre).

NB: Approach Cherry Lane from the A404, NOT through Amersham

From the north on the M25

Leave the M25 at Junction 18 and follow the A404 towards High Wycombe. Once you come through Amersham follow the more detailed instructions above.

From the south on the M25

Leave the M25 at Junction 16 turning onto the M40 northbound (Woodrow is only 15-20 minutes away at this point). Exit the M40 at Junction 2 and follow the A355 towards Amersham and then from Amersham follow the A404 towards High Wycombe. Once on the A404 follow the more detailed instructions above.

From the north on the M40

Leave the motorway at Junction 4 and follow the A404 towards Amersham (then the more detailed instructions above.

Approaching Woodrow by rail

Amersham is the closest station to Woodrow and is about seven minutes drive away. The station is served by both Metropolitan Line trains and the overground Chiltern Railways timetable (35 minutes from London Marylebone). Taxis are available at the station.
