Staff

Matt Dronfield is our Volunteer Coordinator and is responsible for creating quality volunteering opportunities and supporting young people interested in volunteering.

Ros Boyle works part time as our Centres Development Manager, fundraising for Activenture and Woodrow. She also manages the contracts we have with Local Authorities that give free places to children with disabilities on our wonderful Activenture weeks.

Ian joined our Facilities team at Woodrow in March 2012.  He works with Jon Ruddock, our Facilities Manager to make sure that our house, grounds and sports centre are all safe and sound.

 He first came to Woodrow in 1961 and has since spent 27 years working with local youth groups.

Andrea joined us as our Sales and Administration Coordinator at Woodrow in February 2012.

Andrea has previously worked at the National Trust and is a dedicated school governor at a local primary school.

She enjoys travelling, is a yoga enthusiast. Has lived and worked in Europe and the US.

Martin joined us as our Head of Centre at Woodrow in February 2012.  He has a passion for outdoor experiences that began with trips with his family and the Scouts and led to him trekking in places like Patagonia, New Zealand, Iceland and Japan.

Grant joined our Instructor team at Woodrow High House in November 2011.  He successfully completed his NVQ Level 2 in Activity Leadership qualification with Woodrow and is now returning to his role as a lifeguard in the Sports Centre.

Adam is our Senior Instructor for the Sports Centre at Woodrow and joined us in September 2011.
